Prices of our accessories range from $100 to over the value of more than $1000 – as we grow the price of our pieces will as well, but we can guarantee you we don’t buy the cheap stuff, we want you to have the very best.
Normal wear and tear is normal. If anything happens during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work on fixing the issue. However if you lose the item, or it is stolen, or the item is damaged beyond repair, please notify us immediately. If we can’t fix the issue, your credit card will be debited the special member price, which is much lower than the the rrp. Once charges have been made, you are free to choose another item.
Beta means that we’re still new to this, so you’re one of our first group of members, but that’s a good thing! By getting in on the early stages you’re getting better pricing, and we may ask for your feedback to help improve the service we offer. Membership prices and details are subject to change over time, but as an early member you’ll be entitled to some special offers in the near future.

Most items you receive will be brand new, out of the box, but we also stock highly demand designer vintage items too, they will be pre-loved, but in excellent condition (we’re very picky with our accessories!). We never stock broken items or items that have been repaired after serious damage. We want your accessories to be perfect.

Most of our pieces are ‘one-size-fits-all’ however each piece will have all of the appropriate dimensions listed, which we especially encourage you to look up a size (especially with bracelets, bangles, cuffs or rings) before you decide to rent it out, since some run big or small. If you are still unsure about fit, please feel free to contact us.
We run a temporary hold of $300 to $500 on every new member’s billing method as soon as they sign up. We release the hold immediately afterwards, and the funds should become available again in your account within 24 hours (although it might vary depending on your bank). Rest assured that this is not a charge. It is simply a hold to make sure that you have funds in your account if we need to charge you for loss or damage.
No! If you really like one of the pieces you’ve borrowed, you can keep it for longer and exchange the rest, we’ll send you as many pieces as you return to us.
Membership plans start at $49 for one piece of jewellery rented out at one time to $89 for three pieces of jewellery that can be rented out.
Being a member of JEUELS is easy. You are in control of what you want with no disappointment involved. We are your virtual jewellery box. All you have to do is choose from one of our plans, based on how many pieces you’d like to borrow at a time (you can change plans whenever you want!). When you first sign up, choose your favourite pieces from our ever expanding collection (depending on availability) and we’ll send them out to you. Keep them for as long as you’d like, mix and match them with your outfits, let them make their debut on your Instagram account, no one will know they’re borrowed (our lips are sealed!). When you’re ready for something new, send them back in your exclusively designed JEUELS box with the return shipping label we sent to you and once we’ve received them you’ll get a notification letting you know that you can choose your new pieces! Easy Peasy!
We guarantee authenticity on all our jewellery items, full stop, no ifs no buts. We source from reputable places and absolutely hate fake jewellery. As our valued customer, we cannot overstate how important to us this is and we are extremely proud of our rigorous authentication process with our in-house designer jewellery specialists. If you ever have the slightest doubt about the authenticity of a piece, please let us know immediately.
Shipping is free! We will pay all the shipping costs associated.
As soon as you are ready for new pieces, just place one or all of your accessories back in your exclusively designed JEUELS box, then place it back in the resealable shipping box or padded bag with the return shipping label that we sent to you, reseal it up securely and just drop it off to your local post office. Please be advised that the package needs to be lodged and scanned at the post office counter to be a valid return. It’s simple as that, after that, we’ll handle the rest! Please note, we only accept returns that are only returned with the JEUELS box, unfortunately, we cannot accept any other packaging if you decide you want to return your other items.

MEMBERSHIP & PRICING

An exclusive JEUELS membership starts at $49 per month. We consider this a Silver membership, which allows you to hang onto one (1) piece of jewellery at a time. The Gold membership, which gives you access to two (2) pieces at a time, is $69 per month. Our best plan and which you save lots of money, is the Platinum membership, which let’s you have three (3) pieces at a time for $89 per month. All pieces, regardless of brand or retail value, is accessible to any member, regardless of what type of membership they have.
Just email us at cancellation@jeuels.com.au with the subject MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION stating you would like to cancel your membership, once acknowledged, all you have to do is send back your pieces. We’d hate to see you go, but you can cancel anytime. Please note that cancellations are ONLY accepted via email to cancellation@jeuels.com.au. Send your pieces back by the end of your billing cycle to avoid getting charged for another month. If you fail to return your pieces by the end of the next billing cycle, your cancellation will be withdrawn so you’ll have to resubmit your cancellation request. Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will lose any purchase credit you have accumulated and if you decide to restart your membership in the future and there is a waitlist in place, you would be subject to the waitlist.
Not at all! The best thing about it is that you can choose to exchange some or all of your pieces at anytime. We’ll unlock the number of slots in your jewellery box corresponding to the pieces you returned.
If you get a new credit card number or the payment method you have on file is insufficient or no longer valid, please update your payment method or let us know in advance. If we try to charge you on your billing day and your payment fails, your account becomes ‘Delinquent’ and you’re technically on the hook for each piece that you haven’t returned. If your account is delinquent for 7 or more days, we will send the matter to collections, unfortunately (which is never fun). But it almost never happens because our members are wonderful and we hate to do it (so please don’t make us!)
Yes, we have no way of knowing you want to cancel your membership unless you let us know. So if you haven’t told us that you want to cancel, we assume that you’re just holding tight until something you’re eying becomes available, or taking your time to pick your next piece. But if two months go by and you still haven’t used your jewellery box slots, we’ll go ahead and cancel your account and refund if/any payment to you. We’re not like other membership services (we’re not hoping you forget about your membership so we can keep charging you). That’s not what JEUELS stands for.
We charge you each month using your payment method on file. Your subscription renews automatically and we charge you on the first of each 30-day period.
We don’t run a credit check on our customers. But for security and safe of mind, we have integrated the DOCUSIGN system during the registration process. When you sign up with JEUELS, JEUELS will charge a deposit of $300AUD on your credit or debit card in which after successful registration, JEUELS will refund the deposit within 24-36 hours of registration. For bridal and prized items, JEUELS will charge a $500AUD deposit for each item on your credit or debit card and once items are returned and approved, JEUELS will AUTOMATICALLY refund the deposit into your account.
In short, yes you can. We haven’t added the option to the website yet (we’re still a young startup!) but if you are in a situation to be able to pay in advance for your membership, we offer 6 months of membership in advance for the price of 5 months, or 12 months of membership for the price of 10 months. As we love our international neighbours, unfortunately, JEUELS does NOT offer membership outside of Australia. However, when our shop section opens in the future, we will certainly ship our fine pre-loved jewellery to our wonderful international customers.

YOUR VIRTUAL JEWELLERY BOX

As soon as you register and become a member, you have an empty virtual jewellery box to fill! Your membership plan dictates the spaces of space available in your jewellery box (for example, if you’re a Gold member, you have three (3) slots available in your virtual jewellery box). Once you pick your piece/s (and for as long as you have them), your virtual jewellery is closed. As soon as we get your piece/s back (or as soon as you buy it), we let you know that your virtual jewellery box is unlocked so you can pick your next fabulous item of jewellery!
When you add a piece to your virtual jewellery box, there is a 20-minute timer that starts to run. We do this, to give every member a fair chance of renting their preferred choice at that time. Pieces in your virtual jewellery box will stay reserved until your time is up. If you don’t check out before your time runs out, the pieces in your virtual jewellery box will no longer be reserved so other members will be able to select them.
If the piece of jewellery indicates it is available, then absolutely! No style quizzes or surprises here. We show exactly which pieces are available at any given time (anyone can see what’s available, even if you’re not a member). When your virtual jewellery box is unlocked, you can choose any piece of jewellery that’s available.

MISCELLANEOUS

We carry the most recognisable fashion and fine designer jewellery from all over the world and including our exclusive designed in house brand name and future collaborations. We have got pieces from iconic fashion houses like Hermes and Chanel, couture brands like Pamela Love and Jennifer Fisher, and exclusives from up-and-coming designers that are hot right now, like Katerina Makriyianni, plus more added to our collection!
